This manual egg tray making machine is the smallest one among our egg tray machine models. It has a capacity of around 800-1200pcs/hour. The drying way we recommend for this egg tray production line is natural drying.  

The raw material includes cardboard, cartons, newspaper, books, etc..

This egg tray production line can make egg trays, egg cartons, apple trays, coffee cup trays, etc., by changing different moulds.

To make paper egg trays with an egg tray machine, below are the processes:

1. Process of Making Paper Pulp

Step 1: Put waste paper and water in the paper pulp making machine for crushing and mixing to make paper pulp.

Then the paper pulp will be stored in a pulp storage pond.

Step 2: The paper pulp in the storage pond is released into a pulp homogenizing pond and homogenized until the density of the paper pulp is made suitable for making egg trays.

2. Process of Moulding Egg Trays

Step 1: With a pulp pump, the paper pulp is supplied to the Egg Tray Making Machine, and then the paper pulp will be molded into egg trays on the egg tray forming moulds.

Step 2: The egg trays on the egg tray forming moulds are transferred by the transfer moulds for drying.

3. Process of Drying Egg Trays

Our drying methods include: drying in the air (with sunlight), drying with a steel dryer, drying with a brick-kiln dryer.

For this 1000pcs/hour egg tray production line, if customers are located in an area with dry climate, we recommend natural drying to reduce customers' investment. However, if there is too many rainy days each year, it is best to use a drying system for drying egg trays. To equip the egg tray production line with a drying system, the heating fuel should be availabe on the market, including natural gas, diesel, LPG, coal, wood, etc..
