First, the density of the built-up layer depends on the type of fiber and the beating and molding conditions, which determines the air permeability and bulk of the egg tray.
Second, the degree of fiber entanglement determines the thickness and horizontal strength of the egg tray.
Third, the obvious difference in structure between the laminated surface part and the middle part and the difference between the filter surface and the non-filter surface are due to the low retention rate of fine fibers, fillers, additives and other solid particles on the filter surface, while the original long fibers are in the filter surface. After the filter layer is formed on the filter surface, the retention rate in the thickness direction gradually increases.
Fourth, the directionality of the fiber arrangement determines the anisotropy of the egg tray.
