Main Parts of Egg Tray Production Line
Speaking of an egg tray production, a complete egg tray production line is consisted of the following parts:
1. The pulping part of the egg tray production line.
This part is mainly composed of a pulp making machine, an agitator, a water pump. The raw material (waste paper) and water are added into the pulp making machine, and then released in a pulp pond. And then the pulp is mixed with water in the pulp pond so the density of the paper pulp is adjusted.
2. The egg tray forming part of the egg tray production line.
This part is also the most important part of the egg tray production line, and it is the part with high technical content. The pulp is transported into the egg tray machine by a pulp pump, and then the egg trays are formed on the egg tray moulds. After egg trays are formed, they are transffered by the egg tray machine to a dryer or drying land for drying.
3. The egg tray drying system of the egg tray production line.
The egg trays are transffered from the egg tray machine to the drying system for drying.
The drying system is divided into two types: brick-kiln drying system and steel structure drying system. At present, the main domestic use is the brick-kiln drying system, which has low cost and strong practicability, and is more applicable in China! Steel structure drying system is more commonly used in foreign countries. The main feature is that it occupies a small area and can be made into multi-layer drying system!
