Important Points in Egg Tray Production
When you are producing egg trays with an egg tray machine, there are some important points that need to be noted:
1. The setting of Stop Time for the egg tray machine for water to come out of egg trays after they are formed on the moulds of the egg tray machine.
If the time is too short, there will be much water left in the trays, so it will be hard for the trays to be transferred to the transfer moulds.
If the time is too long, it will affect the production speed of the egg tray machine.
2. The adjustment of the sensors. If the positions of the sensors are not adjusted properly, it will affect the timing of air blow, so the trays may be difficult to be blown off the moulds.
3. Air compressor. The pressure of the air compressor shall be adjusted well, so that it can stop and restart automatically when necessary.
