This 4,500-5,500pcs/hour egg tray machine can make standard 30-cavity egg tray about 4,500-5.500pcs per hour, with an egg tray steel dryer or a brick-kiln drying system.
If the client wants to make different types of egg cartons, or other packaging products, the capacity will be different.
This machine has 40pcs of forming mould for 30-cavity egg tray and 5pcs of transfer mould.
The moulds can be made of aluminum or plastic.
